The trade retailing is dealing with a deep and serious transformation caused by changes in consumer values and trends on global markets. At the same time, a considerable amount of facts have contributed to an increasing competition among companies in the retailing sector. Consequently, those companies have a necessity of renewing their processes as well as their management roles (tools?).
