Professional Internship Program
We are conscious of how important it is to practice the knowledge and abilities one acquires in a master or postgraduate program. This is why, besides offering highly practical programs, we have developped a service that allows our students to enter the working market.
The internship program works around three strategic axis in order to generate value from the relationship between the university and the enterprises:
The formative education: our objective is to offer the students a practical education of the highest quality, in line with the business reality and needs. To capacitate them and foster the development of the abilities that are required for management and decision-making in international organizations.
The employment: We want our students to get inserted in the job market and that those who already work get promoted and achieve directive and successful job positions.
The innovation: we are constantly working to adapt our offer and generate competitive solutions for accommodating education with professional activities, as well as to find new possibilities of cooperation with the business sector.
Thus, those who participate in our postgraduate and masters programs have the possibility to complement their professional training by accessing internship programs in companies and institutions or collaborating in specific programs, always within the period of study of their master and a maximum duration of 960 hours. This is therefore subject to the availability of signed agreements by the UAB and to the companies’ needs and demands as well as each candidate’s specific aptitudes.
The backbone of our internship program is materialized in our base of more than 400 enterprises with which we have collaborated over time by providing them with students as interns or as collaborators for specific projects
